Appartamento davvero carino, piccolino ma fornito di tutto. Letti e cuscini comodi e cucina ben attrezzata. Vista meravigliosa proprio sul mare dalla parte della cucina/salottino. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore ma le scale non sono per nulla faticose e la posizione dell'appartamento è davvero impagabile.... proprio sulla piazzetta di San Terenzo vicino a tutti i negozi e ristoranti e a 100 metri dalla spiaggia.

Il bagno è un pò scomodo... si devono fare dei gradini per arrivarci e il soffitto è piuttosto basso.... tutto sommato comunque accogliente. Purtroppo i panni si possono stendere solo dalla parte della camera da letto che affaccia su una stradina piccola, stretta e sempre all'ombra quindi c'è un problema di umidità e se la giornata non è caldissima i panni non si asciugano.

È vero che ci sono 42 scalini, e che il bagno è piccolino ma ci sta, sei un una antica casa SUL MARE . Tutto ok

Indretningen. Badeværelset passer ikke til personer over 160 cm. Det var en taglejlighed med en mørk og smal trappeopgang. Parkering var 1,5 km væk mod meget dyr betaling.

Beyond the fact that the alley smelled of urine and feces, something that it's clearly out of the control of the host, the location was amazing. The view from the kitchen definitely was charming. The apartment's position is just perfect.

The checkin process is cumbersome. It's a self checkin process in which you'll get asked plenty of personal data (that is already present in the documents they will ask you to upload) that took me 30 min of time to finish (and I'm an IT guy). During the process, the website got stuck 3 times. No one showed up at the apartment that is remotely managed from an office in Milan. The lack of care for the apartment, the absence of a personal touch, and the fact that it is managed remotely from Milan contribute to an idea of a sterile, cheap travel experience where the tourist is just a walking wallet to be drained of as much money as possible at the lowest cost for the host. I think this apartment well represents the effects of overtourism in this area, leading to the depersonalization of the travel experience for the tourist and the gentrification of the visited place. The Cinque Terre is beautiful, but traveling this way completely loses the sense of travel. Lesson learned, I'll pick a different kind of place in my next trip.

Great location by the water. Good for a shorter stay and nice helpful hosts.

Probably not ideal for elderly as the bathroom was very tight and not easy to be in (also not easy for the taller folks among us). Was also little too tight for a longer stay for 2 people spending some time working from home (longer than 2-3 weeks), but it's great if you plan to be outside most of the time and just use it as a base to explore the area. Was also a bit of a shame not having a balcony to get any sun as the apartment is shaded most of the day because of the way it faces.
