"There were so many hidden fees, bathroom was very dirty , parking stated $40 per stay , was actually $100 for 2 nights."

The location was okay just not exactly where I was looking to stay.

Dirty, broken items, uncomfortable beds, parking, so many regulations at the pool.

Christian and the management company were highly responsive for any requests that came up.

When we checked in the floors were very dirty and unit is a little outdated . The cleaning crew should do a better job with the cleanliness of the unit.

"It was good but the apartment definitely needs some significant improvement"

Great location and building is in good condition

The apartment is very worn out and had nothing really from an equipment perspective. Kitchen Utensils were poor. No laundry card. Cabinets in very bad condition

Loved the giant pool and the rooms balcony was on the 4th floor but at night when the city lights are on is pretty. The place is right off the beach. Friendly people and most amenities in apartment.

The only downside is the whole buildings fire alarm went off twice due to electrical issues and the AC for the whole building quit our last day there, but that wasnt the fault of the owner of the apartment.

I liked the location and the fact that it is beachfront. The beach is unbelievably beautiful. The customer service was fantastic. Here is my many thanks to everyone that helped me. Christian is always answered my calls and he was a great help. Carla and Jackline from the office also were very nice and helpful. Robert the valet dept. always had a smile and was very pleasant as well. A million thanks to them. Rodolfo was very rude and not helpful at all.

The building is old and needs an update. The apartment also needs an update. The pool water was so cloudy that I didn't have the courage to get in .
