Property is good, spacious.

Cleanliness definitely needs improvement — when we checked in, all the plates in the cabinet were still very oily, which was quite unpleasant. Also, the heated flooring only worked in the living area. The rooms and bathroom flooring didn’t heat up at all, which made it quite uncomfortable given the weather. The kitchen utensils were also incomplete. I asked if we could borrow a wine opener and was told there should be one in the kitchen drawer, but there wasn’t. After informing the host, we didn’t receive any further response, and we ended up having to waste a bottle of wine because we couldn’t open it. Hope this feedback helps improve future guest experience.

Anche se il design degli interni e la scelta dell'arredamento mi sono piaciuti molto, ho cmq trovato la casa troppo spoglia e bisognosa di ulteriori abbellimenti. Inoltre abbiamo storto il naso per la mancanza di una macchina da caffè.
