"Perfecte locatie in een mooi appartement"

Goede communicatie vooraf, perfecte ligging om ook in de wintertijd dichtbij heel veel mooie en leuke plekjes te komen. De accommodatie was perfect in orde, schoon, ruim, fijne bedden en mooi uitzicht op het meer. Alleen maar complimenten.

Zeer ruim appartement. Prachtig uitzicht. Zeer goed gelegen. Handige keuken met voorzieningen. Ruime nette badkamer. Beddengoed en handdoeken voorzien. Zeer tevreden!

"Fijn verblijf op perfecte locatie in het Eifel gebied."

Was echt perfect gelegen nabij allerlei mooie plaatsen. De badkamer was schoon en ruim, de bedden lagen goed en de bovenverdieping met keuken was perfect met oven, inductieplaat en vaatwasser.

Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Vanuit de keuken en het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Het is rustig gelegen maar op loopafstand van het centrum met de terrasjes en van de vele wandelingen die daar starten.

Een gordijn voor de buitendeur zou prettig zijn omdat je door de gang van de slaapkamer naar de badkamer moet.

Schöner Blick auf den Obersee. In der Nähe der Schiffsanlegestelle und des Eifelhaus (ein sehr gutes Restaurant, https://eifelhaus-einruhr.de/). Ein Parkplatz vorm Haus, einer an der Treppe zur FeWo und einige Plätze hinterm Haus, die gehören allerdings zum Freibad, während der Badesaison sind die vermutlich besetzt.

Auf der anderen Seite des Obersees ist die B266. Da kanns schonmal lauter werden. Vor allem wenn Motorradguppen und Sportwagen unterwegs sind.

"Interessante Gegend in ruhiger Lage"

Die Lage ist sehr schön neben der Rur. Ein Naturschwimmbad ist in der Nähe und die Anlegestelle für Schifffahrten ist nicht weit weg. ca. 10min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hatte alles was wir brauchten.

Zum Abdunkeln der Schlafräume gibt es nur Vorhänge und leider keine Gardinen. Gardinen würden am Tag den Raum wohnlicher gestalten.
