"Great location but disappointing apartment and service"

The apartment was clean. The location was outstanding. The kitchen has all the basic necessities and it did have a water dispenser with an extra large gallon if you ran out.

The check in process was horrible. Very inconvenient and you had to leave an additional 1jt deposit to even get the check in instructions. This is an apartment building with no dedicated service. So check in was not smooth at all. Apartment was quite old. Showers faucets were both broken with water pouring out everywhere. It took 2 days to get additional towels. Check out was smooth but then you have to fill out a refund request with all your private banking information to get your 1jt deposit back. We will ever be returning to this property.
