Oven not working. We had no parking

Location was great. Well maintained and clean apartment. Spacious

It was difficult to enter the property in a car. Gate remote was not working. Tried to call support on the night of arrival (after hours service) and we could not get assistance. We started thinking it’s a scam and should look for alternative accommodation. Communication was not good. Also, no back up power during load shedding which is difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get to the apartment as the elevator stops working.

Terrible experience on the day when we left to check - we were double booked and had to find other accommodation. Immensely stressful situation that ruined our entire weekend.
