Grand 3br loft in Atlantic Station

Lots of room and in great location. Owner is very responsive and nice.

Problem with getting into first parking area. Remote never worked and we had to pull tickets every time and had to call to get out. Water didn’t stay hot or warm for more than 5 minutes but owner was very responsive and put in a maintenance request. It was really cold so that could have caused the problem.

Great space, you can tell they really thought about the guest experience. Works for friend trips as well as families. And so many pillows!!

The entrance was full of urine.

The urine all over the entire entryway. There’s no way of recording the stench. The unit was not ready @ the start of check in. The unsavory host stated that check in was “from 3:00pm up until 11:00pm”. I was denied access and told wasn’t I told to wait for a call/msg. The actual address isn’t given until 20-30mins before “check in”. There’s a text series that stretches throughout that timeframe. Out of town travelers are not guaranteed timely check in or location after arrival. The actual area is fantastic. If you can breathe in the stench for the price, I guess. Once your payment is complete, the host is the worst, communicatively. I reserved the property on 9/24/25 for about 7 days and was insulted with a one night refund. A supervisor of Booking was uneager in assisting and sublimely annoyed that I had kept a log of contact with Booking representatives who were zealous in the interim. Of course, I still had to stay somewhere and still chose Booking in good faith without any incentive/s. For now, I’m gatekeeping. I should have never cheated for location, location, location. Also, please google the weather forecast for Atlanta on September 25, 2025 @ 3:06pm.

Beautiful Property! Easily accessible to shopping and dining! Loved the games & pool tables!!! Easy to find and the private parking was a plus!!!
