M&R Apartments II

We loved the location - the proximity to the key sights, cafes (one immediately opposite the door to the property), shops, etc. A lot of thought seemed to have gone into what visitors might need even for a short stay - ground coffee, tea bags, extra towels, shampoo/shower gel, washing up liquid, pots, pans...and a welcoming bottle of wine. The little kitchenette saved money on dining out. The host was so helpful and accommodating - giving helpful ideas of possible places to visit, allowing us to make alternative arrangements to get the keys because we would arrive many hours after the check-in period, asking if there was anything else that we needed. Altogether a good experience.

Because the mattress was actually 2 on the 1 bed, it would have been better if there had been 2 duvets, one for each mattress. My husband and I kept falling into the "dip" when we had to move over in order to remain under 1 the duvet. While we loved the location, climbing so many stairs to get to the room (3-4 flights and no lift) was not ideal, especially after a long day of walking. But then, we're 60+ each, so perhaps that's to be expected.

Central location

Nice last minute stay, easy check in and check out, parking available less than 10 minutes walk, right in the middle of historic centre, clean bathroom and basic kitchen

The apartman's main strenght is the location, silence (weekend before Passover), and modern minimalist interior. The accommodation is just like the pictures of the advertisement. You can get your morning coffe in the pastry shop opposite.

It is located in the center of a beautiful medieval town, so the parking facilities, and stairs climbing should be evaluated accordingly.
