La proximité de la gare (20-25 min à pied), la literie et la résidence qui est calme

Manque de vaisselle, place de stationnement beaucoup trop étroite (lorsqu’on a un gros véhicule), la climatisation dans la deuxième chambre serait un plus

Apartament modern,spațios,cu o terasa mare,utilat cu masina de spalat,masina de spalat vase,vesela,aparat de cafea,cafea,frigider,cuptor,cuptor cu microunde,TV,o canapea(coltar) mare in living perfecta pentru o siesta relaxanta,tot ceea ce e nevoie pentru a te simți ca acasă.

În timpul nopții nu ai control asupra aparatului de aer condiționat, este setat la o anumita temperatura(27grade) ceea ce nu a fost confortabil deoarece se resimtea o temperatura mult mai mare și era dificil de dormit.

The House was confortable, but Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was overshadowed by a very unpleasant situation. After our stay, some belongings went missing, and instead of trying to resolve the issue peacefully, the host was completely uncooperative and inflexible. At no point did he take any responsibility, always blaming the guests—even in the face of clear facts and evidence. To make matters worse, we were promised a refund of the tourist tax as a symbolic gesture of compensation, which never happened. Additionally, the host gave accounts of the events that were simply not true, showing a clear lack of professionalism and respect for his guests. It’s a shame, because the accommodation itself had potential, but the poor handling of the situation and the way we were treated completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place, especially to those who value basic responsibility and empathy from their host.

Spacious. Well located. The host waited for us with bottles of water in the fridge and some croissants.

Appartment is a great option for a family ... clean, spacious , good fixtures and furnitures ( wifi , TV , washing machine , refregirator , coffee machine with coffee capsuls ... except hair dryer and Iron machine ) , beds are comfortable and clean lenin ... I highly recommend for those who have a car as the appartment is little bit far from center and area not served well . Area iz very safe and calm with a nice view from balcony . Parking area is free and adjacent to the building . I ll be back in my next visit to La Spezia . Coffee , welcoming crossants and water were served upon arrival .

Suggest to include iron machine and hair dryer .
