[Centro Storico] Spina Green House

The lighting is nice and the bed is very comfortable!

I arrived at night and the first key box is hard to reach, took us a while to unlock the door

Very clean, well apportioned room with kitchenette and nice shower room. Little outdoor area too for fresh air and a sit.

Initially I forgot to switch the hot water on! The hosts instructions did tell me to. Remember to do it, takes about an hour to heat up.

Tommaso was very helpful with everything, great communication before arriving regarding the location of the building & how to get the keys, wi-fi password & how to turn on the hot water supply. Very kind & thoughtful.

Everything was great.

Good walking distance from the train station and the tower.

Location was perfect, easy walk to everything we wanted to see. There was a shop just around the corner also. Quick walk to train station and even walked to and from the airport.

If I had to complain about anything it would be the little veranda out back. I'd thought it would be bigger.

Very nice and cosy place! Perfect location for short trip to visit the city, everything can be reach on foot. Highly recommend!
