Aonang Buri Resort will be temporarily closed for the renovation from 1 May 2026 to 30 September 2026. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. "Mooi hotel"

Rustige ligging net buiten het centrum, maar wel direct aan zee. Ook een mooi zwembad en de beste bedden die wij in Thailand hebben gehad

Personeel bij de receptie en van de schoonmaak waren erg vriendelijk. Bij het ontbijt was het personeel veel minder vriendelijk, ze ruimden borden al op terwijl je nog aan het eten was. Daarnaast werd het buffet al voor 10u gesloten. Ook zaten ze in hun neus te peuteren zonder daarna hun handen (zichtbaar) te wassen.

Ak by sa hodnotila aj úroveň komunikácie a ochota riešiť problémy, toto ubytovanie by dopadlo veľmi zle. Pracovník ktorý somnou komunikoval nepozná ani základe princípy slušnej komunikácie (pozdrav, poďakovanie, rozlúčenie). Nejaký čas cca 2 týždne som ich kontaktovala kvôli situácii, ktorú sme nevedeli ovplyvniť – kvôli konfliktu na Blízkom východe nám boli opakovane zrušené lety, takže sme sa nemohli dostaviť. Kým iné ubytovania boli ochotné aspoň čiastočne vyjsť v ústrety, tu nebola ochota. Prosila som viac krát o voucher, alebo aspon málu časť vrátenia peňazí. Komunikácia bola arogantná, strohá a bez základnej slušnosti. Poslednú správu úplne odignorovali, hoci som vopred oznámila, že neprídeme. Až po termíne prišla krátka správa, že pobyt je zrušený a nevratný. Bez vysvetlenia, bez snahy riešiť situáciu. Nejde ani tak o cca 400 €, ale o prístup. Stačil by aspoň čiastočný refund alebo dohoda. Namiesto toho úplný nezáujem. Úprimne, som aj rada, že sme sa tam nakoniec neubytovali – podľa tejto komunikácie si viem predstaviť, aká by bola celková skúsenosť. Ak očakávate základnú slušnosť a ochotu komunikovať, odporúčam vybrať si iné ubytovanie.

"A nice stay in Ao Nang, Krabi."

The location is excellent, front of Nopparat Thara beach, within walking distance to night market, boxing stadium, and many restaurants. Staffs are nice and helpful, breakfast is good with variety of dishes being changed every day.
