Key fob for entry was a bit flaky.

Poor communication (Our three messages sent via booking.com were ignored. Communication by phone and email however was fine and issues were quickly sorted) Lack of attention to details (Incorrect wifi password, superficial clean, host had forgotten to activate the locking mechanism on the front door, dreadful toilet paper, etc.)

Great location, the apartment was lovely

Unfortunately due to the weather the place was very hot, we did appreciate it that you brough us a fan.

The residence is nice and very safe. The apartment is well decorated, modern, spacious and it has a balcony with a cute little city view. The bedding is so confortable with a quiet environment, we slept like babies. The location is central, 5 min walk from Cabot Circus and city center where all amenities are such as shopping stores, mall, restaurants, bars and around the corner of Castle Park. The communication with the team management was easy and they were quick to answer to our requests. We will definitely be back. 10/10
