Personnels agréable, très bien accueilli. Petit déjeuner simple et efficace. Nous avons bien mangé également côté restaurant. La proximité du centre ville et des commerces.

De kwaliteit van het ontbijt viel wel tegen, geen goede kwaliteit/prijs verhouding.

Personeel was gastvriendelijk

Kamers waren niet schoon, medewerkers konden geen Engels, ontbijt was matig. Kamers werden snikheet in de zomer. Vochtplekken aan het plafond, echt geen aanrader.

Accueil au top! Repas et petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Possibilité de laisser des vélos dans un garage sécurisé.

The central location.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Very rude host, who would not accept we had a 92 EUR all-in booking.com rate. Upon arrival, he charged us an additional 11,5 EUR referring to it as city tax and “difference of the room rate”. After a lot of arguing, and me threatening to contact booking.com customer service, he eventually agreed to us paying only the 1,5 EUR city tax. Disgraceful behaviour by a person that should not be in the hotel business. Room was moreover a total rip-off for the money. Very poor and worn-out general impression. Floors dirty and sticky. Dust and cobwebs on fan and curtains. Toilet seat low quality and upper part not standing when you lift it. Extremely cheap one layered toilet paper unworthy of any hotel. Shower drainage clogged. Very poor noise insulation. Absolute horror experience to avoid at all costs!

Un hôtel simple et chaleureux,avec un vrai accueil,dans lequel on se sent presque à la maison. Très bon repas du soir sur la terrasse sous le magnifique cèdre de l'Atlas.
