Good location , excellent staff . Prompt response of the staff and very cordial. Dinner buffet was good . Rooms are clean and great views.

1.Issue with hot water in the bathroom . 2.No Al a carte (room service is limited) . Only available food from buffet is served to the room . 3.Slow internet (understandable as remote location) Good mobile network though.

The staff truly provide one of the best experiences at the resort. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional—always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable. My overall high rating is largely due to their exceptional service. While I was not fully satisfied with the room size and furnishings, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality significantly outweighed these concerns and made our stay both comfortable and memorable.

The hotel rooms may benefit from some improvements, particularly regarding the furniture. The furniture size does not appear to be well-proportioned to the room dimensions, which makes the space feel somewhat crowded. The bulky wooden furniture and chairs, while sturdy, are not very comfortable and make movement within the room slightly difficult given the limited room size. Additionally, although the accommodation is advertised as a cottage, the room size feels more comparable to that of a standard business hotel room rather than a cottage-style space.
