"pas de séjour hotel complet"

"Hotel-Owner behaviour absolutely NOT acceptable and NOT recomandable !"

nothing goes well

Booking done online at 09:00 am; at 10:00 am call from the hotel: "Sorry, overbooking, it isn´t our fault, but we don´t have any chance to accept you"; and " we don´t have any recommendation where you can sleep in the neighborhood". 10:30 am : second call from hotel: " we have found a solution you can come" I have asked : really ? We have already booked an other hotel for double price. Should we cancel that reservation ? Hotel: "yes".... 13:30 pm: third call from the hotel: "sorry, we can NOT give you the room, you have to look for an other location" Are you kidding ? Which business behaviour is this ? We were on normal bicycles, we have to travel on that day ( at temperatures of 41°C !!!) 115 km and to climb on hills 900 m altitude, we have arrived in the location at 22:45 pm... Absolutely NOT recommendable this hotel. And we are still waiting of the money which has been payed at the reservation, after more than 2 weeks....

"Better than a hostel"

Location was good and the bar downstairs (not part of hotel) was great for a drink

Had to wait quite a while for the hotel to be opened when we arrived. Parking wasn’t secure but we could see bikes from rooms. First room had mould on the walls so we changed to a different room, just a little better. The hotel felt like it had just opened after 20 years in hibernation

Not too far from town

Very very tired, looks nothing like the photo, very limited parking, only one member of staff and we had to call and wait 20 minutes outside in the rain before we could check in after a day of motorcycling in the rain. We had 3 rooms, shower was broken in one and no toilet roll in another. One member of staff didn’t speak English so no help at all. I want to speak to booking.com about some compensation.
