Le patron de l’hôtel accueille bien ses clients, mais il est un peu seul (et un peu âgé) pour assurer le service. Chambre non faite le deuxième jour, petits déjeuners erratiques... Sinon, la chambre était propre, l’hôtel est calme. Il dispose d’un parking. Il serait une étape idéale, en particulier pour le Festival de Saintes (l’abbatiale est toute proche). Mais on ne peut le recommander.

Hotel insalubre qui devrait être fermé. J'ai quitté les lieux pour aller dans un autre hotel moins cher et accomparablement plus propre. C'est un scandale que cet établissement soit toujours référencé

La proximité du centre-ville et le parking

Chambre vieillotte qui sentait le tabac quand nous sommes entrés. Salle de bain à revoir au niveau du ménage. Couverture du lit sale. Dommage car l'hôtel pourrait être très sympa avec un peu d'investissement. Mais pour ça, il faut de l'argent.

Le parking gratuit . Le restaurant juste à côté de l hôtel.

La vétusté de l hôtel, l accueil est très beau ,mais l accès aux chambres du 2 ème étage est vraiment vétuste, la chambre aurait bien besoin d un rafraîchissement. Literie correct et propre c est déjà bien ! La salle de bain aurait bien besoin d être rénovée elle aussi ! Petit déjeuner très moyen ,avec essuie tout en guise de serviettes ! Moquette de la salle des petits déjeuners pleine de tâches ! La personne qui gère tout ça n à pas l air en grande forme ,on sent qu elle peine à faire son travail ,c était déjà le cas il y a 2 ans !!

Proximité du centre ville

Un bon rafraîchissement serais à prévoir et supprimer les toilettes sur le palier et virait moi ces vielles couvertures sales serait pas un luxe. Changer le lit cassé et mettre des ampoules dans les appliques, une bonde de robinet qui fonctionne économise l’eau . Les joints de la douche sont noirs à reprendre aussi,les trous de cigarette sur le linoléum et les rideaux etc etc etc ….,

Concierge was absent, took 15 minutes to arrive. Lobby was dirty and full of cobwebs. Balcony glass was smashed. Room was full of dust.
