Great vibes. MJ, the manager, was super cool with us and the communication with them before and once we arrived was just so smooth. The room was great and it's so quiet in the mornings that it's just perfect to sleep in.

Nothing really stood out as something we didn't like. The experience was just what we wanted it to be, and we would love to go back to Onda Maya if we return to Holbox.

Mooie kamers, ziet er allemaal erg nieuw uit. Ook top qua locatie, alles is op loopafstand, maar wel op een wat rustigere plek. Inchecken ging makkelijk, sleutel zat al op de deur.

Bedden en kussens zijn echt verschrikkelijk hard. Wij hebben beiden zeer slecht geslapen. Tijdens ons verblijf waren ze met werkzaamheden bezig waardoor er best wat overlast was overdag qua geluid. Op een dag waren we ook tweemaal afgesloten van het water. Toen ik hier melding van maakte werd er gezegd dat dit door de werkzaamheden kwam. Was netjes geweest om van te voren aan te kondigen dat ze water gaan afsluiten en we niet meer kunnen douchen.

"Beautiful accommodation in perfect location - great value for money"

Great location - close to the main restaurant area and the beach - but away from the noise of town. Super comfortable bed, great rooms, and nice pool area. Love that they have a water fountain to refill you bottles! Receptionist was very friendly and gave helpful suggestions for the area.

They were supposed to clean the apartment after 3 days but it wasn't done due to some staff miscommunication
