Comodo check in y check out, agradecemos el ascensor porque subir con maletas es dificil por escaleras. No hay personal disponible en caso de cualquier cosa, solo puedes comunicarte con ellos a través de mensajes, pero te envían una guía con instrucciones detalladas del aire acondicionado y otras cosas.

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour, le logement est très bien située, tout est a disposition. Néanmoins les lits font beaucoup de bruit.. Merci beaucoup. Alyssia.

Easy check in process with keyless entry to building and to room (codes only). Beds and pillows were comfortable although a little squeeky but still had a great sleep! Clean and spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids as the beds could be stacked if needed. Heater in room. Great and fast communication from host.

Location a little far from Kyoto station about 25 min walk. About 15-20 min walk from Nishiki markets and Gion area but this made it in a nice quiet area away from crowds and noise. Towels also were a bit small and thin but did the job. No disposable slippers or toothbrushes provided but we brought our own as we checked with host before coming. No heating food facilities in room but there is a microwave in common area downstairs.
