Emplacement exceptionnel, au cœur d’un des plus beaux quartiers de Madrid

Les équipements et la vétusté de l’appartement. L’appartement mériterait des travaux et du mobilier en meilleur état ! Pas même une cafetière électrique !

L’emplacement etait parfait L’équipe à la réception était à l’écoute

Le contact à l’arrivée a donné l’adresse précise tardivement,internet m’ayant envoyé au mauvais numéro. Des interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas Il est compliqué de régler la climatisation Les plateaux des tables ne sont pas fixés La peinture du plafond de la salle de bain nous tombe dessus.

The flat is very clean, the storage space is excellent. The location is perfect.

The bedroom is very unfortunately located. It does not have windows to outside and the air circulation is very bad. The central air-conditioning is very poorly working and so it is very hard to sleep through the night.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Nice building with apartments and reception on the ground floor. The owners were very kind in communication and helpful. Kudos to them. When I return to Madrid again, I will stay in both apartments again.
