Nicely decorated. Decent location. Friendly owners.

Light shining through the windows made it difficult to sleep. Had to wait for cleaning to be completed even with a 9:45pm arrival. Broken light switch in bathroom.

The apartment was right on the water and they gave us kayaks to float on the river with, the house was clean and fully furnished, if we had questions Kendrick was very quick to answer them!

Unfortunately the upstairs neighbors kids ran all the time which made it hard to relax for down time but the family was really nice and the kids are sweet.
