"Great stay on our trip to see the West!"

Close to several restaurants.

The general area of Monroe LA wasn't the nicest, but I was traveling with my husband so I felt secure. This is a downstairs apartment and you do hear the people who live on the second floor. Apartment itself was safe and secure. Washer and dryer in the apartment was very nice.

Right on the water, a beautiful deck to sit on and watch nature. Apartment was clean and had full amenities. Lots of food, stores and services close by.

Both bedrooms have a window that faces the road. The traffic in the area was loud and the TRAINS! They ran all night blowing their whistle. It was noisy and neither of us slept well. Definitely need to put in some blackout curtains over the blinds and some sort of sound proofing.

It was right on the water. The property manager took great care of us made sure we had everything we needed. He was very polite and exceptional on customer service! We will be back that’s for sure ❤️
