Clean, basic accommodation in an old hotel overlooking the river. A very good location for seeing the sights of Kutaisi on foot. There are 3 bakeries in the street. The owner is extremely kind and friendly. He kept an eye out for us and showed us a great spot to park our car within eyesight just across the river.

The shower drowns the bathroom but it's a minor inconvenience.
