L’appartement était confortable et bien équipé. Bien situé, près des attractions de Grenade.

Le balcon est minuscule. Et la porte pour rentrer dans le bâtiment est difficile a trouver. La piscine est petite, sans chaises ni zones d’ombre.

Apt now rather tired. TV not tuned in ( An 4 paragraph whatsapp text with tuning info. I'm on Holiday and not a TV engineer ) Dangerous Kettle. Check the cutlery and the dodgy shower shelves. Only 4 Clothes Hangers !! For the price a welcome bottle of water would have been a nice touch !!

Apartment was very good, great location. All that was necessary was available in the apartment.

Needed furniture for roof terrace, one chair between two is not good enough. Issue with key lock meant that we and others were locked out of the building. Had to contact others in the building to come down and eventually let us in. Tried contacting Chez Moi homes but unavailable as it was Sunday. Had to stay in the apartment. Contacted by Chez Moi early afternoon to go and collect a front door key to access the building. This ideally should have been provided or they come to us with a key. Communication was not the best. Ruined our holiday weekend.

That the tv didn’t work with no instructions & the elevator was broken, not much fun with 12 x flights of stairs !

Lovely apartment and suited our needs. Loved the location.

1. Instructions to get in were incorrect. Wrong keypad was highlighted in directions. Also, instructions should include 'take the lift to the 4th floor and turn left to find apartment 4B'. 2. Mould in the bathroom needs to addressed 3. Cutlery needs to be replaced (knives are wobbly) and corkscrew was broken (had to go buy one for ourselves) 4. TV showing 'no signal'. Instructions on how to use both remotes would have been useful

Location was excellent right in the middle of old town. Comfortable bed. Able to cook a few meals in the kitchen.

Uncomfortable sofa. Clothes airer was too small and had broken wires. No paper towels in kitchen. Olive oil for cooking would have have been a welcome addition. Travellers don't usually carry this with them.

The apartment is perfectly located for exploring Granada on foot. You are literally right next to Plaza Trinidad, and about 5 minutes stroll to the Cathedral. There are loads of restaurants right around you, a couple of fantastic ice-cream places, a Carrafore Express just down the road. The apartment is spacious, with ample room to relax and unpack without tripping over each other or the suitcases. If you are travelling by car, just be aware that the recommended car park is about 10 minutes walk away if you have a lot of luggage. The car park is easy to get to and quite secure though.

Just needs a bit more attention to small details. Some crockery is cracked (unhygienic), details to access the building were incorrect, sheets didn't fit the bed so they could not be tucked in and just crumple up overnight. Communication with the guest wasn't great. We didn't get the apartment access details and Codes until about 30 minutes before we arrived in Granada. This made it very stressful, as we were about to arrive in town with no idea if we had accommodation. Even then I was told that I needed to complete additional details on the online check-in before I would be given access, but the online Check-in said everything was complete and wouldn't let me Edit or Enter anything. All the time, Granada is getting closer and the stress levels are rising. Also, the tv was not working when we arrived, and despite contacting the apartment hosts immediately, we got no response at all that day. Even the next day, we had to constantly chase up the apartment people until late that afternoon someone came around to address the issue.
