"Lovely stay in very comfortable surroundings."

Gorgeous cottage and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. Loved the welcome basket of supplies which included bread milk and even a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful.

The only fly in the ointment was the password for the Wi-Fi didn’t work. My friend couldn’t get her laptop working as it couldnt accept the QR code. Nor could my kindle.

"Exceptional"

Excellent breakfast included at the Bakewell Pudding Shop cafe. Large well equipped kitchen. Short walk to Bakewell town centre.

Car parking was remote from the house, although access to the parking was within reasonable walking distance.

"Comfy cottage in Bakewell"

The cottage was clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped in the centre of Bakewell. The decor is very nice and the furniture and appliances are modern. There is a small garden with outdoor furniture if the weather is kind.

There is a private parking space for the cottage but it's a 5-10 minute walk which can be a bit of a nuisance.

Cosy little old cottage in the middle of Bakewell Fantastic breakfast at the old original Bakewell Pudding shop The house has everything you need and is a great starting point for getting around the area.

"Beautiful place to stay"

The house is in the perfect place for walking into town. The open top bus tour is a 10-minute walk away. The house itself is like a little tardis, which looks small but definitely has enough room inside. Lovely welcome basket with Bakewell pudding, which my hubby immediately got excited about! The breakfast at the pudding shop was especially lovely. The staff were amazing and friendly. I personally recommend the waffles!

Maybe just no grill tray and the oven pans the coating came off on the food when we used them so maybe just need new ones and the fact the smoke alarm right in front of the oven so each time we cooked they went off!

"Great property, location, breakfast and scenery. Would definitely stay again!"

Key collection was straight forward. The cottage was immaculate and in a nice quiet location within walking distance of the town centre. Breakfast was superb as was the service and friendly staff.

Parking - only one spot included and restricted parking options in town due to market on Saturday and Monday. If more than one vehicle this is tricky to manage over a weekend.
