To start there was no former indication thier card machine was down. So I had to pay extra to pull cash out. I chose to accept that an continue on with my stay. To find out the elevator was not working, and we were on the 3rd floor. NO one told me of this when checking in. It was hot in all the halls. Super uncomfortable, to be hicking up steps on our vacation to the 3rd floor. The lighting fixture in one of the rooms was hanging on room 330 and the coffee pot had Mold in it. Towels smelled as well. When you are thinking things can't get any worst. We didn't even leave yet and their staff was already in our rooms. We literally just left to put stuff in our car an another person in our group goes back up to find the hotel people in our rooms. Check out isn't til 11 why are they in there at 10:15? Wish I never picked this place.

It was modern and up to date. It was a pleasant surprise that there was a kitchen sink and a regular size refrigerator.

It was a kiosk check-in, therefore there was information lacking. For example, I wasn’t explained how to get to my room, or how to checkout the next day. There was only one pillow per person. The elevators were out of order. The A/C unit was very loud when running. The bathroom door would stick at the top so the door wouldn’t open or close smoothly. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom either.

The rooms are clean and spacious.

There’s no real front desk help. You have to do a video call with a different person every time you need something.

Great location, nice room, and pet friendly (without additional charge)

Check-in process via video was challenging, as it was hard to hear and understand what the clerk was saying.

There was no breakfast and couldn’t even find a pop machine!

The fitness room was closed and the pool. There was no actual person there to tell you where your room was!! We couldn’t understand the kiosk we had to talk to to get checked in!!

The person who cleaned the room did not do a clean job. Some towels were dirty. Towel and bathroom had hair of previous visitors
