"Unpleasant experience due to dishonest and selfish hosts keeping the deposit without proof."

The host unfairly kept our deposit, claiming we smoked inside, even though we only used IQOS on the balcony and respected the non-smoking rules. The accusation was based solely on their personal impression of smell, with no clear evidence provided. This left a very negative impression despite the short stay.
