"Didnt even stay as host ignoref"

Everytime I booked the host called or they would send a whatsapp. I never booked in as I couldnt get in property. I came to jhb for a work conference. I know it was late but like I said someone dropped me off. The host didnt even ask the following day what happend they never made contact. Myself did send a whatsapp. Would like a refund pleass
