Bellissima casa singola in una posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa a due passi dal Lago di Garda. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e c’è un giardinetto interno privato. Ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort, ideale per una famiglia o per un gruppo di amici. Siamo stati bene

Our stay at La Casa del Pozzo was absolutely fantastic, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, thanks in large part to the incredible host. He was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. The apartment itself is a dream – it truly has everything you could possibly need, just like being in your own home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and there's a washing machine and dryer, all in perfect working order. This made our extended stay so much more comfortable and convenient. A definite highlight for entertainment was the cool projector and huge screen in the spacious master bedroom – perfect for movie nights! The sleeping arrangements are excellent for families or groups. There's a cozy room with a bunk bed, and another large room with two single beds and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. Plenty of wardrobe space is available in each room, so there's no shortage of storage for clothes and gear. Location-wise, La Casa del Pozzo is ideally situated. It's in a quiet and pastoral area, yet incredibly close to numerous amenities. We found it super convenient to access a supermarket, pharmacy, and various restaurants. The surrounding area also boasts breathtaking views, perfect for leisurely strolls or scenic drives. The dedicated adjacent parking was a huge plus and made coming and going so much easier. In short, we highly recommend La Casa del Pozzo and would be absolutely delighted to return for another visit!

Very good spacious double flat apartment. Perfect for big family or company. Very clean. Good location. Easy self check-in/ out. There is everything for comfort time spending. Would love to stay there once more.

Nothing deserve

It’s very very dirty full of dust full of spiders and different reptile really our staying was horrible

Beautiful old but renovated house in a quiet North Italian village, near (20 min by car) the lovely Sirmione town on Lake Garda, and, (relevant if you have kids with you) 10-15 min to the amusment park Gardaland and the waterpark Legoland. The house was big enough even for my big family of 6. It has a great fully equiped kitchen with whatever you could think of (pitty we didn't use it because we ate outside), cute little back yard (toddler approved:)), and a piano (great screen-free fun for the 3 older kids). The beds were comfortable enough, and you could darken the room enough, so we could get a good night sleep, which was much appreciated after long days of exhausting sightseeing.

The stairs are not baby/toddler/kids friendly. One bathroom for 6 people is not enough.
