El apartamento es agradable y muy bien situado.

Pedí factura y me enviaron una factura por "alquiler de vivienda habitual" sin IVA. Al ser un viaje de trabajo, he tenido algunos problemas para justificar la estancia como gastos de empresa.

It's located in an eclectic neighborhood. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. The train station is within walking distance. Alhambra can also be accessed on foot. It's a steep hill but manageable.

For whatever reason, there is street noise all hours. At 3AM, people are still milling about. Their loud voices carry easily. The apartment is not soundproof, when you are facing the street.

The location was really good! The apartment was also very cozy.

The sound isolation wasn't ideal. The street's busy, so it can be heard at night.
