Large 8 Bedroom House in Edgbaston

Clean, spacious and warm, this property suited our group needs very well. There were plenty of bathrooms for the number of rooms, access was easy and communication with the rental company was good.

As previous reviews have said, the number of seats and glasses are inadequate. We felt that one per guest should be a minimal requirement. I had requested that 8 chairs be available before our stay, and although this was acknowledged, it didn’t happen.

Light and airy, lots of rooms.

Could use more furniture and a better stocked kitchen, for example no cafetière.

Liked how spacious it was and the facilities provided

It was good in general, if I would point out something it would be that it need slight renovation and better maintainship

Great location, very clean, some comfy beds

More glasses needed and there are only 6 dining chairs for a house that sleeps 15!

More cooking utensils. Even though only 6, not enough sofas. Don’t know where everyone would sit if house was full

House is beautiful and clean. Will definitely be returning

The house was clean, warm and cozy. We really enjoyed ourselves. The kids enjoyed the trampoline. The heating was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. It was definitely a home away from home. I will book it again anytime I visit Birmingham

The only thing I wasn't comfortable with was two cameras in the house. one in the Lounge and the other in the lobby facing the entrance door, downstairs toilet, and bathroom
