Clealiness Well equipped Well maintained The garden

Handing over the house keys was very complicated on arrival,as the keys were not ready for us. The guard opened the gate and informed us that the owner would arrive later with the keys . Dealing with the owner to hand over the keys on arrival, which caused unessessary delay ,unessessary meeting ,as simply I don't want to meet or wait for anyone. A long conversation with the owner and the guard on arrival, which was frustrating and unprofessional ,as it's supposed to be smoother as per Booking concept . Surprisingly, a guard is living at the house garden,we had to argue about him living the house, provoked tension . The main entrance door doesn't close completely. Safety issue. Strong sewage smell from some bathrooms. The tvs are not fully functional. Construction site next to the house .

The villa is very large and spacious. Everything is very clean. Very spacious rooms with air conditioning or heating and scented. The decoration is very nice. The garden and pool area is very large and has hammocks. The staff is very polite and attentive. At any time at your service. Spacious parking for several cars. Unbeatable location. A 10/10 in everything. I recommend it 100%...

We liked everything. I can't say anything bad about such a wonderful stay...
