Tomas Old House - River Apartments

Tomas,il proprietario, è stato davvero gentile, ogni dettaglio dell'appartamento era curato nei minimi particolari, la cucina era super accessoriata con tutto il necessario per cucinare. La posizione è ottima a metà strada tra Bled e Lubiana Inoltre sono a disposizione ogni tipo di bicicletta per girare nei dintorni, giochi per bambini per andare al lago, racchette, palloni. Tutto semplicemente perfetto

Studio, très très bien équipé, on se croirait chez soi. Très bon accueil de Tomas. Très calme. place de parking, vélo à disposition. Très bien situé pour visiter la Slovénie. Tout était parfait.

The location is exceptional. Very isolated and only 20' from the capital. The kids loved the fact that they could take on bike rides whenever they wanted in the countryside with bikes the establishment gave for free and not many cars around to worry about. Thomaz was an excellent host. I admit that at first, we had a little misunderstanding over some extra charges but he was helpful enough to help me understand why these charges occur. He seems like a guy who loves what he's doing and takes great care of all the details in his establishments. The apartment was very clean and had everything! Parked right under our apartment and never worried about anything. We found it funny that everything was labeled in the apartment with instructions everywhere but this is a sign of how helpful the host is trying to be. I really don't see a reason to book an apartment in the city, if you are by car and not book here. Even traveling by night was easy to find. Thank you for everything and will definitely recommend it!

I had a great stay! The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and exactly as described. The owner was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Our flight arrived earlier than check-in time so we drove around the area to situate ourselves, grab some basics from a local store etc., and I emailed to ask if we could check in earlier. I had a reply almost immediately to say it was fine - and though we had a code to collect our keys from a lockbox, the owner was there to meet us and show us in. Super-helpful! The accommodation was excellent. Access to things like a washing machine really makes a difference, but there were so many other aspects which made this stand out for us, including tea/ coffee/ oil/ salt/ spices/ oils, etc., that we could use and some things in the bathroom (if you had forgotten anything, super helpful). We used Tomas' bikes for a couple of days for a local scout around the area, so easy (for this complete novice) but also fun for my hubby/ kids (who are good cyclists) - his guides on where to go, places to eat, etc., were also really useful. Approximately 10 mins (if that) with a lovely walk along the river is the most fantastic little bar called Sportini Park Rapa (there's a local volleyball/ basketball court and kids playpark - and watching the locals play tennis was great fun!). Tomas has equipment you can borrow for that too! We met so many locals there, and Aleks (the bar manager) was just lovely - we drank with him almost every night...! We hardly met other travellers speaking English as their first language. It took us a while to decide to settle in Visoko for our whole 10 days and just travel from here, but I'm so glad we did. We drove almost 900 km (visiting Bovec to white water raft, Bohinj, Bled, Ljubljana etc.), but it was worth it. We saw so much gorgeous countryside and explored by foot (averaging 19,000 steps per day!), and the apartment was big enough for two gangly teenagers to have their space (not as much as they wanted, perhaps, but still plenty!). Visit Slovenia - and stay here in Visoko - you'll love it!

There's nothing to write here really... Being away from home, you'll always miss your own bed (and pillows!) but there really was a home-from-home feeling about Tomas Old House Apartments!

The apartment is located between Ljublana and the Triglav region. (lake Bled, e.g) The apartment, the house, the owner and the surrounding area are all amazing! What we got exceeded eveything we expected. The apartment is fully equipped (with a lot of extra that you would only find at home), and the nearby montain creek and the bike roads were all a very nice surprise. The owner is very nice and friendly, and obviously knows what tourists need. (E.g maps, leaflets and lot of insider local infomation) I hope we will be able to stay at this amazing place soon again and discover more of Slovenia.

Die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters, die Ausstattung der zwar kleinen aber gemütlichen Wohnung, die Lage gleich an einem Naturfluss und nicht weit von vielen schönen Orten in Slowenien und das tolle Preis-Leistungsverhältnis machen das zu einer richtig guten Ausgangspunkt für einen Slowenien-Urlaub!

Tutto. La posizione. La dotazione di servizi (nella casa c’è proprio tutto quello che può servire). La simpatia e la gentilezza di Thomas (ci ha anche prestato le biciclette per fare una gita lungo il fiume).

Non c’è niente di negativo da dire. Andava tutto bene

Az apartmanban végig olyan érzésünk volt, hogy otthon vagyunk. Minden képzeletet felülmúlt a felszereltsége. Tomas rendkívül segítőkész, barátságos házigazda. A környezete fantasztikus. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!
