Een prachtige accommodatie. Alles zeer netjes en ziet er vrij nieuw uit. Massimo was erg vriendelijk en gaf ons duidelijke instructies hoe we zelf in konden checken. 1 nacht was eigenlijk te kort.

What a wonderful find. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and it was clear that the recent renovation of the entire property was a labour of love. The restaurant right next door to the property (closed on Sundays) was obviously very popular with the locals and provided a wide selection of local wines and authentic Italian cuisine. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a touch of real elegance in a rural Italian setting.

The property is located approximately 5 km from Fornovo in a rural setting. But in many ways that added to the charm of the place. Make sure the restaurant next door is open otherwise it’s a drive back into Fornovo for a meal.

The rooms are high quality, comfortable, and well appointed. Also, Massimo offered to drive to town to buy supplies, which was above and beyond good service.

When I was here, the restaurant was closed due to the chef’s illness. I was disappointed but these things happen.
