Great Breakfast from food taste, for international guests would be great to have warm food warm or hot not cold and cold food cold , room as all in Myanmar totally overcharged compared to the great offers in Thailand , location good

As said about the breakfast hot food should be hot -- here all equipment is there and in use. So sure for cost reason not heated , looks good but so as a result is as in before 1989 Socialist Myanmar style ... It is about the owner`s standards set nothing to do with staff or management .. This is a failed owner standard as International Tourism and for such a high room rate. Specially compared to Thailand needless to notice why Thailand has so much more Tourists = More Value for Money.

The proximity of the hotel to Shwedagon Pagoda, Bogyoke Aung Sahn market and Pioneer Club was very much appreciated.

The wifi was lagging sometimes and there were instances that water supply was cut off.

Let me thank the 2 male housekeeping staff + 1 hotel repairman. They enthusiastically searched for and loaned me the Screwdriver + Pliers set. Thanks to it, I can complete my work well during my stay at the hotel. If I have the chance to come back, I will choose your hotel again. Thanks a lot!

The room is very spacious and clean, the only regret is that there is exactly 1 mirror in the bathroom. If there was an additional large mirror outside it would be more reasonable.

Very helpful and considerate staff. Very clean and well-manager hotel. Well-appointed and spacious room. Outstanding breakfast! Good selection of really delicious food. Worth bringing an appetite to try everything. Taxis constantly available at the hotel door, street not too busy, and good supermarket with bakery and coffeeshop nextdoor.
