Ottima posizione, location vicina al policlinico, allo stadio e al palarescifina. Il giardino un valore aggiunto, ideale per rilassarsi e inebriarsi col profumo di zagara in questo periodo.

Nel bagno sarebbe opportuno far trovare qualche bustina con sapone liquido per la doccia. Per il resto ok.

Ottima posizione, struttura davvero antica e accogliente

Stanze poco illuminate, erano sotto il livello della strada e le finestre avevano solo portelli oscuranti e tende pesanti notturne, nessuna tenda bianca che assicurasse la privacy e facesse entrare la luce, struttura stupenda,ma da ristrutturare. Giardino con ottimo potenziale,da curare.
