It was a little challenging to collect keys from the host. For example, at first they gave me the wrong address so I went to the wrong address in the summer heat. When asked, the host said it’s not their fault. They made no attempt to send me the correct location in advance. The check in procedure was all over the place. I had to ask the local to call them to initiate the check in procedure because they would not do it. Further, they are very neglectful when it comes to responding to messages. In saying, they apologised to me through booking message on my last day. I had to prompt them about the check out procedure because they do not take the initiative to do so on their own as this is their job. However, the place was alright and I enjoyed the privacy
