There were strong bad smell when we enter the room..

Difficult to navigate to the room, please ask for the video as it is auto removed from the message. It's like an escape room to get there, first you need to find the keys then the room!. The apartment is poorly maintained, with some area under construction, the lobby entrance was dirty too. The postbox is at the basement which is under regatta, a separate apartment but at the building. The basement and the postbox room is in bad condition, with moldy and rotten egg smell from h2s possibly due to stagnant water/sewage. Don't stay there for too long(the rooms are confusing as it is a dual unit! I spent along time there as I was opening the wrong box plus there is no signal there)
