Hôtel accueil de tout le personnel la propreté aussi bien des chambres que de hôtel le super petit déjeuner du prix pour 14 jours imbattable en plus hôtel moderne et que dire de la gentillesse de tout le personnel et du sourire des femmes de accueil et du personnel de nuit et aussi merci aux employés qui on toujours super bien fait le ménage

Everything was as expected. The stuff were very helpful with all my questions and every time they were so kind and always with a smiling face :). My room was big enough, comfortable and clean. Liked the breakfast as you have the choice of variety to choose. Would definitely come again.

Hotel situato al centro di El Nido, con pochi passi si può fare tutto. Camera spaziosa e curata nei dettagli.

L’unica pecca è la pulizia della camera.

Staff were great. They were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that they are inside the alley and you cannot get the van to the hotel so our family has to get our luggage carried to the hotel. Thanks to the Ms. Glys and the woman that help us carry our suitcases.

After my ferst Three days there, i had to stay tow days more. I paid extra for tow Nights for Standart Queen Room through Booking.com but they told me that i should to get another Room ( bunker). A had to change my Room. I didn’t get some Refund. Normally the Bunker Room/Bed ist cheaper than the Queen Bedroom

Clean, place like home.

Nice small hotel down a quiet side street near the centre of El Nido town. Found the price a little high, but El Nido accommodation is priced high especially in high season. Rooms fairly basic but big enough to be comfortable and with a decent bed. The common areas on each floor are nice with some decent furniture and nice views. Staff professional and everything was smooth. Breakfast varies a little day to day but when the full menu is available, the breakfast offering is pretty good. Having Pan de Sal available is a great plus. Staff not pushy about booking day trips and activities which makes a nice change. Very good trips available through the agency at the end of the road which was very handy.

Being a small hotel its easy to become overrun when local tourists stay as they are usually large groups and can be noisy, we also had a group that thought the common area was their personal space for drying all thier clothes and throwing food all over the floor. On some days breakfast offerings were very limited, but on days with full menu was pretty enjoyable.

Location is great!

Wifi only works well in the reception and breakfast is very small portion. Only 3 options.
