L' Meridian Suites

The location was great. Near the mall snd airport. Also there’s a great satti place right across the hotel that’s open at 6am.

The shower head needs a little cleaning. Water came out in weird way. Also, one time during breakfast, they served really bitter coffee instead of the usual 3-in-1. Felt like stale old coffee from Bo’s which was located in the same restaurant. When we complained, they told us we have to add Php50 for another coffee since we already tasted from the one they served. So how would we know if the coffee is good if we don’t taste it first? It was a weird event.

It was great in customer service. The thing is there is a lot of ants inside the bathroom water from the shower was little . I mean insufficient to take a shower. Dripping of the water from the shower was was not good. Few drop. Floor rug was not change. staffs are so nice and kind. Staffs are very attentive. Thanks for their kindness. I know maybe we can still dtay there someday,

The staff were courteous and professional.

It would be a plus if there is a variety of food for the continental breakfast not just tapsilog , bangsilog or anything that ends up in silog The toilet is clogged There is no glass in the bathroom The towels served were dirty white.

The staff are young and friendly. The location is close to the airport and has a parking right in front of the hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor has the best Korean cuisine and the service is perfect. My mom could be left alone with no worries because the staff can readily assist her at any moment. In addition , my things are safe! They may not provide the best amenities, but security is 😍 perfect.

AC is old, towels have to be replaced, wallpapers need to be changed, and they should provide pickup 24 hours from the airports and seaports.
