All refurbished modern , very comfortable , perfect location . Plenty Space for 3 adults . Modern Kitchen . Modern clean bathroom . Perfectly Situated above a cafe with delicious pastries and the smell of baking and coffee in the morning .

It was very quiet and clean and near to bars and Rocca di Montalfeo. We were attending our friends wedding there. It is a 6 minute drive away.

Pristine and brand new.

The bed in second room is not a bed. Had no sheets it was not made. The overall quality of sheets also was horrible on main bed.

"Very happy with this apartment about both features and staff assistance. Also centrally located near good restaurants."

Very nice apartment recently renovated with great tech features. Every 3 days clean up and change of towels. Very convenient remote check in at all Hours of the day. Great assistance from the owner around the clock. Excellent person.

Fridge could be larger. Bathroom sink high fashion style but not always practical. Elevator very small.

The hot water is finished pretty fast, you have to wait at least 2 hours until its hot again

Location is great! The flat is located in city center with walk distance to everywhere! A beautiful huge park is one minute from the property. My family loved the public open-air swimming pool into the park. If you like walking or cycling, you can find a greenway with incredible views not far from the hotel. The flat is best quality place where I've ever lived in Italy! All is absolutely new. All was brilliantly clean. I had to work during staying and I got fast and stable Internet for working. Big thanks to owner who replied to me on WhatsApp instantly if I needed. During cleaning the flat the owner reserved a table in cafe to us with a pleasant surprise for my family.
