Clean inside and everything we needed for a few nights away, easy walk to the opera house, some lovely restaurants and walks nearby.

The stairs down to the bedroom could do with a bannister rail.

Close to the town centre and pavilion park.

Possibly fitting a handrail on the stairs. A light switch near the bed would also be useful.

Great cottage in the heart of Buxton Loved it but the children upstairs where noisy Definitely would stay again .absolutely spotless

Excellent apartment, nice, clean and very comfortable. The location is beautiful and you can get to plenty of places in the Peak District very quickly. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment was easy to find from the excellent pre-stay directions. Self check-in was easy with the key being left in a box at the door (code provided). Bethan provides a comprehensive on-line guide to the apartment and to Buxton which gives you everything you need to know about your stay. The apartment is beautifully presented and well equipped for two people, and we really enjoyed the log burning stove (some logs provided!) Bethan kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment has its own parking space and is within a few minutes walk of the Pavilion Gardens and is also a 10 minute walk to the town centre, so we didn't need to use our car. It's also close to the Buxton Country Park, ideal for the more energetic walkers!
