"Exceptional"

The flat was better than the pictures! Amazing terrace with incredible views, amazing location, 3 min walk from Olbia's main pedestrian central street. Private parking was available with easy access. A big supermarket was also a 3 min walk. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 big teens and we enjoyed so much our stay at Alex & Barbra's flat, they were so helpful, friendly, and super responsive. Indeed, this is our top pick to stay in Olbia next time :)

The bed is actually a folding sofa and that says it all. If it wasn't for the bed the rating could have been 9.9.

"An excellent stay in Olbia"

Great terrace looking the harber. Alex was very helpful. The place is well stocked. Offer free garage. Located in the center of the city with lots of restaurants. Apt has a washer and dryer that was very convient. One of the best places in olbia.

"Excellent location, great view and very attentive host."

The location is excellent. It is a few minutes walk from the piazza with lots of shops and stores. it is by the main drag where you can walk by the port, also lots of shops. Alex provided us with free parking, which was excellent. The balcony is large and has a great view over the port. The place comes wit washer and drier that was very convenient for our family. Alex was very helpful, fast response and communicated well. He brought us iron and board, toaster and came right a way when I locked the keys inside the place.
