"Ok but info bit confusing"

Location, view from balcony ,cafe nearby.Clear communication re how to access property. Bed was comfortable.

The photo showed a large smart shower which we thought was ensuite.The actual bathroom was quite different and shared .It was hard to open and close the door,the floor under the bin was not cleaned although everything else very clean. Staff did not reply to request for info of closest bus but otherwise good communication. Very noisy at night on street with traffic.

Great location! Clean. Basic amenities

It could provide a bit more amenities and attention to some details. Ex: the shower phone was a bit broken, and the mirror was not placed somewhere one could use.

Excellent apartment really close to the city center. Cozy and clean with elegant decoration. The host was very polite and thoughtful of us from the moment we booked the apartment, and especially when we forgot something after leaving, he acted immediately, and he was willing to send it asap. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to travel to Verona
