The apartment is exceptionally spacious and filled with light. There are windows on three sides, so there was usually a nice cross breeze during our stay. The balcony is very large, wraps completely around the apartment, and has a beautiful view of the old town and the harbour. The bathroom is modern and convenient and there is plenty of hot water at all times. The bed is also very comfortable. Finally, the host (Roberta) is very responsive and helpful. She even helped us book a taxi for our trip to the train station when we checked out. It was obvious that she had some clout with the taxi dispatcher!

This is a new lodging and is still missing a few things that would make it even more comfortable. We stayed for six days and prepared several meals and found that the kitchen could benefit from some more equipment: sharp knives, some more saucepans and skillets, plus a few more utensils. It would also be nice to have some more furniture for the deck, as it is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. As mentioned earlier, this is a new listing and the very responsive host is still working on the finishing touches.

Everything was excellent. That’s one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed. Roberta is very nice, supportive, sympathetic and kind person. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, light, spacious and suitable for 3-4 person. I liked the design and all the facilities. Especially I liked the grand terrace with nice city and sea views. Even the water pressure in the shower was good enough, which is very difficult to find in private apartments. Also the location is very good: quiet aria, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby., 5 minutes from seaside. Internet connection is also good.

Nothing

The apartment was very fresh and comfortable. Great location near the marina where the ferries go, if you intend to visit other places on the coast by boat. It was also close to restaurants and all the things you want to see in Salerno. The hosts were very friendly and helped us out with everything we needed, like recommending places to visit during our stay.

The only thing we missed were wine glasses. Otherwise we have no complaints. The apartment doesn’t have AC as said in the description, but it wasn’t a big problem for us, the ceiling fan worked just fine.
