The bedding was very dirty and the receptionist was very mean and rude, we spent 5 hours without electricity while she knew very well that it was finished. We also waited for 2 hours for her to check us in while ignoring our calls upstairs

Room 2323 Leaking toilet. Loud music all night long up unit 8:50am in the morning. Blankets not clean.

The stuff was very good to us.

There were shortage of water and electricity we sometimes failed to charge our phones.

Nothing

The staff kept on knocking on my door. They did not do their due diligence to make sure I paid or not. So they kept on coming and demanded money. The first room I occupied was not clean. The walls and the Utensils were dirty. No cutlery, coffee, cups and plates were provided. The bed had no head boards. Yet I paid more than what the regulars pays.
