Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. The reservation will be charged in USD in Uruguay. The card is the one that converts the price to the local currency, with the corresponding taxes. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Argentine customers: the rates in ARS are estimates, since they do not include taxes and do not take into account fluctuations in the dollar. They are different from the real value of the local dollar. Solanas Country S.A. is the official representative of the Solanas and Solanas Green Park brands. Must show ID and credit card at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. From October to December 23 and from March 1 to April 30, a resort fee of USD 15 per person per stay will be charged. From December 15 to February 28 the cost will be USD 25. From May to September this supplement will not be charged. Starting March 1st, Crystal Beach will be closed on Tuesdays. From May to September it will be closed every day. As a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property is currently enforcing additional health and safety measures. All special requests are subject to availability and may have additional charges. A damage deposit of USD 300 must be paid upon arrival. You must pay by credit card. It is refunded upon departure. The deposit will be returned in full to the credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Las actividades programadas y la playa artificial

El alojamiento no es acorde a lo que se ofrecía en la publicación. Se indicaba que contaba con vista al lago, pero el apartamento tenía vista hacia la ruta, lo cual resulta engañoso. Además, se promociona como apto para 4 personas, pero en la práctica es muy reducido: con suerte pueden alojarse 2 adultos y un niño. El sillón no es apto para dormir, ya que es duro e incómodo. La bañera no tenía tapón, lo que nos obligó a solicitar uno en recepción. Para prestarlo, incluso nos hicieron firmar un documento, aclarando que “tuvimos suerte” de que quedara uno disponible. Sin embargo, el tapón no era adecuado y el agua se escurría igualmente. Había también un enchufe expuesto, lo cual representa un riesgo, aunque fue solucionado luego de informarlo. Por otro lado, tanto el horno como las hornallas funcionaban mal. En cuanto al servicio de limpieza, durante una estadía de una semana, hubo 3 días en los que no se realizó. Salíamos del apartamento a las 9 de la mañana y al regresar alrededor de las 15 horas, aún no había sido limpiado. En general, la experiencia no fue satisfactoria y no cumple con lo que se promociona.

"Muy divertida y para desconectar de toda rutina"

Los sofás cama en muy mal estado e incómodo y pedí que tuviera parrillero y no tenía ni parrillero ni balcón. Eso con respecto a green park. Con respecto a solanas un exelente servicio atención actividades buena onda de los animadores y siempre innovando hace años los seguimos eligiendo para ir en familia

Las instalaciones muy bien. Las actividades bien también para chicos y grandes.

El servicio de limpieza de la habitación malo, solo cambio toallas y no dio una barrida en el piso al menos.

La pileta con playa, el predio lleno de árboles, los servicios en general

Le falta mantenimiento de las piletas, la pileta cubierta tiene un olor insoportable, la espera para ingresar a la pileta con playa (una sola caja para registrar a cada huésped + la venta de pases adicionales), el mantenimiento de la pileta con playa que la cierran todos los martes (deberían mantener durante la noche o buscar otra alternativa para no cerrar
