Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. The reservation will be charged in USD in Uruguay. The card is the one that converts the price to the local currency, with the corresponding taxes. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Argentine customers: the rates in ARS are estimates, since they do not include taxes and do not take into account fluctuations in the dollar. They are different from the real value of the local dollar. Solanas Country S.A. is the official representative of the Solanas and Solanas Green Park brands. Must show ID and credit card at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. From October to December 23 and from March 1 to April 30, a resort fee of USD 15 per person per stay will be charged. From December 15 to February 28 the cost will be USD 25. From May to September this supplement will not be charged. Starting March 1st, Crystal Beach will be closed on Tuesdays. From May to September it will be closed every day. As a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property is currently enforcing additional health and safety measures. All special requests are subject to availability and may have additional charges. A damage deposit of USD 300 must be paid upon arrival. You must pay by credit card. It is refunded upon departure. The deposit will be returned in full to the credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Los servicios del complejo, la playa esta a 3 minutos de auto, el lugar es super familiar.

Los baños estan deteriorados, las canillas cierran mal y la ducha está tapada. Las sillas estaban todas flojas y la cafetera toda rota.

El confort de la habitación. La limpieza de Crystal Beach y de las demás piscinas. El trato de las personas encargadas.

El horario de la Crystal Beach es hasta las 17:00, pero sólo se sabe cuando llegas. Se debería avisar por todos los canales, por ejemplo, dejarlo claro en booking.com. Como mejora: estaría bueno que el cliente no tuviera que emplear tanto tiempo entre llegar y hacer el check-in. Actualmente el cliente tiene que ir hasta Recepción (hacer la fila) y luego tiene que dirigirse a una torre distinta a la que tiene que alojarse para recoger las llaves de la habitación que está en otra torre. Debería haber un lugar concretamente en Crystal beach para entregar y devolver toallas.

"A estadia foi otima! Aproveitamos muito."

Acomodação bem completa, com tudo que precisávamos para usufruir da estadia. A sacada e a luminosidade, além da vista se destacaram.

O sofá cama é muito estreito para duas pessoas, além de ser muito desconfortável. O toldo para proteger a sacada faltava ganchos para fixação, não conseguimos usá-lo. Na cozinha, a gaveta dos talheres não fechava, dificultando a passagem. Seria importante ter um varal pequeno para as roupas molhadas.

"Excelente como siempre"

Instalaciones, gym, accesos, servicios, gastronomía. Voy mucho y jamás un problema. Todo de 10.

Lo que hay que mejorar es alguna calle. Algunas no están pavimentadas y estan llenas de pozos. Falta camineria, es lo único que podría criticar.

Las piscinas son hermosas, las camas camas están bien (son normales) y la limpieza del depto muy buena, faltaría agregar alguna toalla de baño mas, ya que eran 2 toallones y una toalla y no había alfombra de baño

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Solo agregaría mas enchufes en el depto para poder cargar dispositivos

crystal beach piscina, parques en general, el departamento, la facilidad para el check in, las instalaciones son muy buenas

el colchon de 2 plazas estaba vencido de un lado, el sillon cama del living era incomodo, la palita de la parrilla estaba en malas condiciones y se termino de romper con un solo uso, la limpieza es muy superficial
