Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. The reservation will be charged in USD in Uruguay. The card is the one that converts the price to the local currency, with the corresponding taxes. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Argentine customers: the rates in ARS are estimates, since they do not include taxes and do not take into account fluctuations in the dollar. They are different from the real value of the local dollar. Solanas Country S.A. is the official representative of the Solanas and Solanas Green Park brands. Must show ID and credit card at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. From October to December 23 and from March 1 to April 30, a resort fee of USD 15 per person per stay will be charged. From December 15 to February 28 the cost will be USD 25. From May to September this supplement will not be charged. Starting March 1st, Crystal Beach will be closed on Tuesdays. From May to September it will be closed every day. As a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property is currently enforcing additional health and safety measures. All special requests are subject to availability and may have additional charges. A damage deposit of USD 300 must be paid upon arrival. You must pay by credit card. It is refunded upon departure. The deposit will be returned in full to the credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
