I do not recommend this hotel. The reasons are as follows. The hotel is made entirely of wood and is dilapidated. There are gaps in the doors. There are many flies. The front desk would not tell me the Wi-Fi password unless I asked them. In addition, the Wi-Fi range is limited. It is almost impossible to use it outdoors. The area around this hotel has poor reception, so you cannot communicate without Wi-Fi. There is no TV. There is no small desk. There are outlets, but they don't fit properly and come out easily. I paid for the hotel, dinner, and taxi, but when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I had been charged MX$1,669.25 for other expenses. I contacted the hotel several times and was told that they had issued a refund. However, the refund did not appear on my credit card statement, and despite contacting them repeatedly, I have not received a response. I stayed at the hotel on June 11-12, but as of July 1, the issue has not been resolved. I feel that the response has been very unfriendly, perhaps because I am Japanese. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is the worst. Considering the facilities and staff service, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. June 20 from hotel we are currently checking with the bank and you should have tour money back in couple of days June 27 from me It has been a week since I received your message, but I have not yet received the refund. A lovely stay. The view was beautiful. The room was basic, but very charming. Highly recommend. Great wifi too. Also very close to the airport.

Beautiful vineyard close to QRO. The room was rustic and minimalist in style and comfortable.

The road noise and no fans in our room so air quality wasn’t great. (no screen on window so mosquitoes got in)

It’s BEAUTIFUL. The atmosphere. The food! All done perfectly. Comfortable elegance. AND its a straight shot to the airport. Not confusing. No need to map it. Perfect excuse to come enjoy this beautiful place with great wine. When picking up guests or needing to catch an early or late flight

Beautiful property with a lovely spa. Our room was comfortable with nice amenities. Constanza was very helpful and friendly and made our short stay great. Close to the airport.
