AEEverything is perfect the place is very spacious and the host Ann she is very welcoming I had nice stay and comfortably staying 4 nights at here. You will need to walk 15 mins to the center but all good.
ESJust perfect. This was our last night of a two-week honeymoon trip around Georgia and I would say it was one of the two best accommodations we had, and very affordable! The host Anna speaks English and she was very communicative, discreet and nice. The place itself seemed recently remodeled, big bedroom with a nice bathroom and entrance hall with a fridge, team and coffee and home made fruit juice! Outside there was a beautiful garden. There was a kitchen downstairs that we used to cook dinner as we were too tired to go out and it was a lovely to stay in! We got a nice bottle of wine from a wine shop nearby and there were several supermarkets close by also. Convenient location as our next stop was the Kutaisi airport!

DEVery friendly host. She was helpful, got some juices and snacks and a Georgian dish for dinner.(For free). The rooms are very clean and big. There is more than enough space. The kitchen is fully equipped with good knives and a very good pan and all the other stuff you need. The street is quiet....perfect stay.

PLEverything was perfect! Ana was a great host. We also met her adorable dog. The apartment was cute and very clean. Everything was accurate to the pictures, maybe the apartment was a bit more spacious than expected. We also added the breakfast option, the croissants were delicious. If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, I would recommend you come here.
